Jack leaned forward and propped his elbows on his desk shaking his head. He spread his fingers across his forehead and tried to massage away the headache that was beginning to pound in his temples. Jack had felt that burst of energy reach deep inside and knock at some hidden part of him. The part that he didn’t want opened. ~Chapter 14~
